All custom pieces are made to your measurements, We post all fittings out to be tried on by you before the finishing process to check the fit and include a return pre-paid express bag for your convenience. On return, we make any necessary alterations to your order BEFORE it is finished off with all embellishing.

Yes. Australia Post or TNT shipping (for larger themewear packages) is included for all orders within Australia.

International order prices vary from country to country and will be quoted individually.

Yes.
Depending on the style you are ordering, 6-10 weeks. Themewear costumes require 10-16 weeks Min. depending on Design.
50% of your order total. We will invoice you for the remaining balance 2 weeks prior to your order completion.
We can offer a 4 payment split on orders at the discretion of Admin. We also offer a PayPal option which has it’s own 4-split option.

For Bikinis, One-piece suits and all intimate garment pieces, there is a NO REFUND policy for hygiene reasons.(Unless garment in faulty, then we will happily replace or issue a store credit).

For themewear and any other custom-made pieces, we also have a strict NO REFUND policy, but do offer a discretionary credit on moneys already paid (Deposit) if your order has not yet gone into production.

For accessories, we are happy to replace items or issue you with a store credit to use at your convenience.
